Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in brand marketing within sports or activewear.
• Proven track record leading 360° campaigns.
• Strong understanding of sports social strategy and content production.
• Experience collaborating across internal and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Lead 360° campaign planning and rollout for sports launches across digital, social, influencer, and paid channels.
• Translate division goals into actionable go-to-market plans and channel briefs.
• Own and maintain the master sports marketing calendar across drops and activations.
• Coordinate cross-functional timelines and marketing touchpoints across teams.
• Partner with Creative, Social, Influencer, PR, eComm, and Studio teams for cohesive campaigns.
• Manage partnerships with sports PR agencies and athletes to extend reach.
