Fashion Nova, LLC, is building its international business and seeking a Manager of International Strategy & Operations. You will act as cross-functional quarterback across marketing, supply chain, logistics, finance, and tech to launch and scale new markets, turning opportunities into live, growing businesses.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires operational rigor, analytical sharpness, and strong collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience launching and scaling a brand internationally.
• 5–10 years in high-growth ecommerce/retail or strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases and operating models.
• Experience managing performance marketing or influencers.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow international markets end to end.
• Drive traffic and demand through marketing channels and agencies.
• Lead localized payments and expand methods to improve conversion.
• Own cross-border operations—shipping, customs, and returns.
• Deepen localization (language, assortment, site experience).
• Explore new sales channels and pilot opportunities.
• Drive P&L management for international markets.
• Own regional reporting and operating rhythms for faster launches.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across marketing, merchandising, supply chain, logistics, finance, and tech.
