Trane Technologies seeks a seasoned Brand Marketing Leader to shape and activate brand strategy for Residential HVAC, spanning B2B and B2C channels, including partnerships, sponsorships, and dealer narratives.

You will translate business objectives into compelling campaigns, lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with the global brand group, and drive growth with a data-driven, storytelling approach while upholding brand governance and architecture.

Formación

• 10+ years of brand marketing or management experience.
• Proven success managing large-scale campaigns, sponsorships, and budgets.
• Agency experience desirable and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Brand Activation: develop insights-driven strategies to drive growth across channels.
• Campaign Management: lead briefs and campaigns for homeowner and contractor segments.
• Sponsorships & Partnerships: manage sponsorship strategy to boost brand awareness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling.
• Lead agency relations for creative development and KPI measurement.
• Create branded narratives and activation programs within dealer channels.
