Job summary

Talking Rain Beverage Company is seeking a Brand Marketing lead to guide Sparkling Ice Caffeine’s market strategy from vision to execution. You will partner with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance to drive growth and hit brand KPIs, delivering measurable results.

The role requires 4-6 years in brand management within CPG, strong analytics, and a hands-on approach to new product development and commercialization. Onsite at Preston, WA with a broad benefits package and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of product/brand management experience in a CPG company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical/reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Sparkling Ice Caffeine brand.
• Develop and own the annual brand business plan to deliver key KPIs.
• Translate the brand plan into a national sell story with Sales and Marketing partners.
• Collaborate with Insights to identify consumer insights for portfolio growth.
