Gymshark is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager for Brand & Marketing to serve as the trusted finance partner for the Brand and Marketing teams. You will shape investment decisions, measure performance, and ensure ROI on all spend.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in finance business partnering within a commercial environment.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Heads of Brand and Marketing to provide financial insight and challenge.
• Analyse and interpret financial performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Develop, monitor and report on financial and non-financial KPIs for Brand & Marketing ROI.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned to strategic objectives.
• Deliver reforecasts and highlight risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Provide clear analysis and commentary on spend vs budget/forecast.
