Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance – Growth Marketing in New York City to lead financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for buyer acquisition, pricing, loyalty, and lifetime value across Fanatics Collect, Live, and Voggt. You will build and maintain LTV/CAC models, evaluate investments, and partner with Growth Marketing and Product to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Marketing Finance, or related analytics.
• Experience developing LTV/CAC models and informing pricing/marketing investments.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with planning tools (Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance partner to Growth Marketing and Product for buyer acquisition, pricing, promotions, and loyalty.
• Develop and maintain LTV and CAC models; analyze channel performance and cohort behavior.
• Evaluate pricing, take rates, FanCash economics, and loyalty incentives across initiatives.
• Build business cases for growth, including scenario analysis and post-launch measurement.
• Provide executive reporting on LTV, marketing efficiency, and growth investments.
