Greenlight Rent is seeking a marketing leader to own and evolve the brand across channels, partners, and renters. You’ll develop credible materials, drive revenue through sales enablement, and shape the marketing function in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

First major project is leading the marketing website revamp from content strategy through launch, with ownership of messaging, assets, and launch communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, communications, product marketing, or brand.
• Hands-on experience owning a company website — content strategy, IA, working with design/dev to ship a rebuild.
• Real estate, proptech, multifamily, or adjacent fintech/insurance experience.
• Exceptional writer/editor who can simplify complex product/policy details.

Responsibilities

• Own brand across channels: voice, visuals, consistency for partners and renters.
• Lead marketing site end-to-end: content, structure, and a full revamp.
• Create brand and launch communications: announcements, emails, LinkedIn, collateral.
• Develop partner marketing assets: product overviews, FAQs, training content, rollout comms.
• Translate product messaging for Greenlight Deposit, Guarantee, and future products.
• Build sales enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, case studies.
• Coordinate lifecycle communications across partner types and CX.
• Oversee content operations: editorial calendar, approvals, asset production.
