Greenlight Rent is seeking a senior marketer to own the brand across all channels, drive a major website revamp, and enable partner marketing and sales with compelling product messaging. You will lead communications for renters and partners, shape content strategy, and collaborate across legal, CX, product, and sales to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, communications, product marketing, or brand.
• Hands-on experience owning a company website — content strategy and IA.
• Real estate, proptech, multifamily, or adjacent fintech/insurance experience.
• Exceptional writer/editor who can simplify complex product/policy details.
• Comfortable building in a small, fast-moving team with no existing marketing infra.
• Experience partnering with sales, partnerships, product, legal/compliance, CX.
• Strong judgment on regulated or reputationally sensitive communications.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Greenlight Rent brand across every channel.
• Lead marketing site revamp from content strategy to launch.
• Develop partner/renter communications and launch collateral.
• Create product messaging for Greenlight Deposit, Greenlight Guarantee, etc.
• Develop sales enablement materials and partner-specific presentations.
• Coordinate lifecycle communications across partner types, portal users, policyholders, renters.
• Oversee copy quality, editorial calendar, and compliance approvals.
• Support events, conferences, and field marketing activities.
• Provide measurement reporting on email performance and pipeline impact.
