Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in New York is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support Brand Marketing teams across budgets, events and gifting initiatives. You will coordinate timelines, manage invoices, and assist with collateral, forecasting and reporting.

Join a dynamic team coordinating across properties and agencies, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from conception to execution, while maintaining brand standards and timely deliverables.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or related fields.
• Experience with invoice processing and budget tracking.
• Experience sourcing products or gifts from suppliers is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with external suppliers/partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across Brand Marketing priorities.
• Support budget tracking, processing invoices and purchase orders.
• Coordinate timelines, meetings, approvals and follow-ups across marketing projects.
• Assist with gifting sourcing, development and inventory management.
• Support event planning, logistics and on-site coordination.
• Consolidate post-event reporting and campaign results.
• Maintain collateral and asset management and coordinate with external partners.
