THE ROLE

Wip is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our category-defining brand to help us bring our updated brand narratives to life. The right candidate understands the Gen-Z landscape, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and has the right mix of wit and creativity and right brain thinking. They should have a strong mix of creative and strategic skills with a focus on project management and content creation. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in joining a team in building an exciting consumer brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development:

  • In partnership with Social Media Lead, develop and create visually compelling content, including videos, tailored to platform-specific needs (TikTok, Instagram).
  • Shoot and edit social-first content, with a strong focus on storytelling and showcasing Wip products in creative, engaging ways.
  • Design platform-appropriate assets, ensuring all visuals meet branding and technical standards.

Trend Analysis and Adaptation:

  • Stay on top of emerging social media trends, viral moments, and platform updates to keep the brand culturally relevant.
  • In partnership with Social Media Lead, react quickly to trends by creating timely, shareable content that fosters engagement and connects with the community.

Creative Production:

  • Produce high-quality, on-brand video content, product demonstrations, and promotional videos.
  • Manage the video editing process: trimming, adding music, graphics, and text to enhance storytelling and drive engagement.

Project Management:

  • Work with Social Lead and Brand Marketing team on managing projects for Social Media accounts, influencer collaborations and seeding.
  • Develop tracking systems for all partnerships in collaboration with Brand Marketing Team
  • Manage all in-bound requests and communication, ensuring that team is brought up to speed within a predetermined timeframe.
  • Handle Social escalations in conjunction with Social Lead, Brand team and where applicable Legal.
  • Identify relevant influencers whose content is a good fit with our brand, and coordinate outreach, gifting, and building our influencer / ambassador community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
  • You should have at least 1+ years of experience working in and/or managing a social media project and be very comfortable with social media editing tools & KPIs.
  • You must be passionate about social media and pop culture! You should be someone who stays on top of the latest developments in the platform/space, testing the latest opportunities, reiterating, and revising accordingly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is a must!
  • You should have strong project management, organizational, and communication skills to help meet strict deadlines and brand milestones.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey recommendations and conclusions clearly to senior leadership are a must.
  • We are looking for someone who is positive, high energy, and eager to learn, with a true entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to work with a start-up.

Compensation: $60K to $80K base salary plus performance-based bonus
