Henkel’s Consumer Brands Marketing team in Stamford, CT, seeks an Associate Brand Manager for all Laundry brands to help develop and execute marketing programs that drive awareness and sales.

You will collaborate on line extensions, promotions, packaging updates and business plans, monitor performance with Circana/Nielsen, and contribute to strategic reviews. MBA preferred; 2–4 years in CPG marketing.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with 2–4 years of experience.
• BS/BA accepted with 5+ years of related experience in Marketing/CPG.
• Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) brand management and/or marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; attention to detail; strong analytical skills; solid financial acumen.
• Ability to analyze market and research data and derive insights.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of marketing programs for Laundry brands to drive consumer awareness, education and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product line extensions, promotions, packaging updates, and business plans.
• Monitor brand performance using sales reports and research data (Circana, Nielsen) and apprise management of changes.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive environment via outside sources.
• Assist with business development for assigned brands including business reviews and strategic planning.
