SWISS KRONO USA is seeking a Marketing Analyst & Specialist to manage brands, coordinate print and digital collateral, and analyze marketing performance to inform strategic decisions.

The role blends marketing execution with market research, data analysis, and reporting to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. On-site in Klamath Falls, OR with opportunities to collaborate across sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SWISS KRONO and TruWood brands by: registering and maintaining trademarks; optimizing branded searches; completing Declare label and NAF audits and renewals; posting and tracking social media content on Facebook; providing specifiers documentation for green projects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design, produce, and distribute print and digital marketing collateral.
• Oversee collateral development, packing, photography, and coordination with the sales team.
• Ensure marketing collateral is accurate and current.
• Optimize website content and digital marketing campaigns to improve visibility, engagement, and user experience.
• Manage trade shows and exhibits.
• Plan, purchase, and track annual media budgets.
• Oversee website management for TruWoodsiding.com and SWISS KRONO/PineParticleboard.com.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and KPI reports (lead generation, website traffic, engagement).
• Coordinate with the sales manager on new product rollouts.
• Stay current on FSC marketing requirements.
• Independently manage multiple marketing projects with limited supervision.
• Order company and marketing tools as approved by management.
• Maintain subscriptions, memberships, and company bios as directed by the General Manager.
• Handle special projects assigned by the General Manager.
• On-site attendance is essential; preferably located in Klamath Falls, OR.
