Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing targeted, integrated marketing strategies to support and drive growth for the Brand. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing plans that align with the Brand’s key objectives and resonate with the target audience.

Core Accountabilities
• Drive the development, execution and performance reporting of integrated annual and seasonal brand marketing campaigns that support and complement the go-to-market campaigns, align with brand activations, increase brand awareness and drive traffic to commerce channels
• Collaborate with the Merchandising, Design, E-Commerce and Creative teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, seasonal stories, and key promotions.
• Monitor, recap and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing data to optimize future campaigns.
• Develop integrated marketing program hindsight reports with recommendations for future execution.
• Prepare monthly recap of marketing programs and results
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop testing and measuring methodology for marketing programs
• Manage the marketing calendar
• Manage communication with cross-functional partners on ad hoc marketing requests
• Manage Retail Marketing in the development and implementation of campaigns (consumer-facing, in-store, local opportunities, digital campaigns).
• Create and implement plans for new store openings, closures, and relocations.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Prepare a quarterly competitive analysis report for the leadership team
• Assist with marketing programs and campaigns for wholesale and licensing partners, as needed
• Assist with go-to-market strategy as needed
• Manage marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of campaigns.

• Develop and nurture strong cross functional partnerships, driving business results and inspiring a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.

Education / Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing
• 5+ years of proven marketing experience with a focus in fashion, retail and lifestyle
• Successful track record in development of results-oriented retail marketing programs
• Excellent project management skills
• Understanding and passion for retail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people/functions at many levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects over multiple focus areas in a fast-paced environment


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.   • Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
  • For Stores & Distribution Centers : Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
