Abbott is seeking an Associate Brand Manager for Similac Delivery & Performance in Columbus, OH. You will translate brand strategy into measurable growth, leveraging analytics across consumer, shopper, and retailer data to drive revenue and market share for the Similac portfolio.

The role requires 2–5 years in brand management or related fields, with strong forecasting, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics or related field.
• 2–5 years of Brand Management, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, or CPG Marketing experience.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience with forecasting, demand planning, profitability analysis.
• Experience analyzing syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Numerator, retailer POS data).
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, pricing analysis, ROI optimization.

Responsabilités

• Translate brand strategy into measurable commercial results across retail channels.
• Lead analytics on pricing elasticity, promotions, assortment, and retail performance.
• Support forecast processes, scenario planning and demand projections.
• Develop retailer strategies and customer-facing growth stories with Sales.
