Job summary

PIM Brands in Park Ridge, NJ is seeking a Brand Manager to drive Welch’s Fruit Snacks growth and portfolio strategy. You will lead brand initiatives, renovations, and manufacturing partnerships to strengthen equity and profitability.

You'll collaborate across Sales, Insights, and Finance to deliver annual plans, budget management, and compelling retailer programs while guiding cross-functional teams through launches and optimization efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive CPG brand management experience.
• Experience in brand strategy, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience using syndicated data sources to drive business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy, portfolio architecture, renovation initiatives, and marketing programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Insights, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital Commerce, and external agencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation, renovation, packaging, and commercialization from concept to launch.
• Develop annual brand plans, roadmaps, and financial plans to drive topline growth and profitability.
• Prepare presentations and business recommendations for senior leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
