Join Our Team as a Brand Manager!

We’re building a platform that empowers Gen Z with the life skills, career advice and confidence they need for the future, in a way that’s actually fun, useful and culturally relevant.

We’re now looking for a Brand Manager to lead how we show up in the world, beyond just content. You’ll be responsible for top-of-funnel brand awareness through campaigns, creator partnerships, content, activations and events. You’ll work closely with an award-winning marketing team to build a brand Gen Z genuinely loves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute brand-building campaigns and partnerships that generate awareness and love
  • Identify and lead activations with creators, events or aligned organisations
  • Spot cultural moments, trends or movements we should be part of and lead the charge
  • Develop TOFU strategies that support the growth pipeline
  • Work across product, marketing and social to keep the brand aligned across every touchpoint
  • Help shape and evolve the brand voice and visual identity as we grow
  • Manage the social media team (one direct report currently)

About You

  • Youth Expert: You’ve built (or helped build) brands that Gen Z loves - you get the tone, timing, and trends
  • Cultural Connector: You think beyond ads, into partnerships, real-world moments, creator collabs, and cultural relevance
  • Creative Strategist: You blend big ideas with smart thinking, turning insight into impact
  • Autonomous Operator: You’re comfortable working independently and making things happen without layers of approval
  • Start-up Mindset: You thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured environment where you can shape things from the ground up

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in brand marketing, youth-focused campaigns or creative partnerships
  • Proven success in building brand awareness and driving culture-first campaigns
  • Comfortable working across strategy and execution
  • Based in New York, able to work cross-functionally with remote teams

With the majority of our team based in Australia, this role will be one of our first hires in the US as part of our growth journey.
