QUIKRETE Companies in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Brand Manager for Heavy Construction Materials (HCM) to lead marketing initiatives across Ready-Mix, Cement, Aggregates, and Asphalt & Construction.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, coordinating with sales, operations, and leadership, and overseeing campaigns, collateral, digital marketing, PR, and community engagement to drive growth and brand leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional B2B marketing experience.
• Experience across the full marketing mix: advertising, digital marketing, events, PR, and sales enablement.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams, operations leadership, and external vendors or agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support sales growth and market expansion.
• Lead brand development and messaging for Heavy Construction Materials.
• Coordinate campaigns, manage vendors, and develop marketing materials.
• Provide marketing tools to help sales win projects and strengthen customer relationships.
