Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking a Brand Intelligence Team Leader to oversee the Brand Intelligence Team, mentoring staff and guiding the global brand monitoring and social media strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 2+ years of professional social media experience.
• Able to interface with various levels of management.
• Excellent problem solving and judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee media monitoring process and elevation.
• Develop and manage global social media strategy.
• Oversee social, online reputation/SEO and PR reporting.
• Plan reputation assets, strategy and measurement.
• Mentor and train direct reports; ensure day-to-day business support needs are met.
• Manage projects from envisioning through deployment.
• Interview, evaluate, and hire candidates.
• Participate in disciplinary actions and terminations for direct reports.
