Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Brand Specialist in Madison, WI to drive growth in branded categories (PAL, Photochromic, AR) across all channels. You will train and influence a broad sales team and work directly with Eyecare Providers to maximize sell-through for Nuance eyewear technology.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales experience, strong consultative selling, and leadership abilities, with frequent travel (40-50%).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years outside sales experience.
• Strong consultative selling.
• Sophisticated presentation skills.
• Technical capability in lens, audiology, medical device, or tech space.
• Proven leadership, management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in branded categories through all channels (ELOA, PLG, IDD, KA).
• Coordinate and train the sales team and customers.
• Regularly visit Eyecare Providers to maximize sell-through of Nuance.
• Achieve national Brand group sales forecast.
• Educate doctors at local workshops.
• Develop and manage sales unit volume across ECP & IDD channels.
• Coach team on selling processes to hit regional goals.
• Complete reports and administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Travel 40-50%.
