Job summary

Mai Animal Health is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to grow and elevate the social presence of our family of brands. This role will develop and manage engaging content and social strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

The ideal candidate has experience building online communities, creating high-performing content, and increasing brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing/communications.
2+ years managing social media for a business, agency, or organization.
Demonstrated success growing social media audiences and engagement.
Portfolio or examples of campaigns and content creation.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, planning, creation, and growth of social media content across brands and platforms.
Develop platform-specific content (graphics, photography, reels, short-form video, stories).
Capture photo/video content at events, launches, and marketing initiatives.
Engage online communities by monitoring channels and maintaining brand voice.
Stay current on social media trends and emerging tech; bring ideas to marketing team.
Analyze performance using engagement, reach, and campaign results; propose improvements.
Support paid digital advertising across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
Assist with SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.
Use Google Analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to feature products, customers, and culture.
Assist with photography, basic video editing, image editing, and asset development.
Attend industry events/tradeshows with travel up to ~25%.
Perform other duties as assigned.
