You'll partner with Brand Marketing, Professional Marketing, and Communications, manage corporate social accounts, develop a content creator program, and oversee content, analytics, and crisis guidance to amplify local hospital stories across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media management experience in multi-location or healthcare settings.
• Proven track record across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; YouTube/TikTok a plus.
• Experience building content creator, influencer, or ambassador networks.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent editorial judgment and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain social brand standards and voice.
• Own corporate social channels and publish content that supports the acquisition funnel.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
• Develop a content creator program with internal and external partners.
