Job summary

Cognitiva Systems seeks a Marketing & Design Manager to own the brand from inside the company. You will craft the look, feel and voice across the website, product and sales materials, while producing most assets yourself.

This hands-on role offers direct access to the founders, ownership of campaigns from concept to launch to results, and growth into senior marketing leadership as the company scales. Relocation and multi-country rollout experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, brand or design roles (B2B SaaS/fintech/martech or creator economy)
• A strong portfolio showing work you designed and shipped yourself
• Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite; comfort with web tools and CMS platforms
• Experience running end-to-end campaigns from concept to launch to results
• Excellent written English; multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, German, French, Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus
• Interest in working across markets, especially the Middle East, India, USA and Europe
• Builder mindset: ownership of results, lean execution, hands-on approach

Responsibilities

• Own Cognitiva visual identity and apply it across website, product, sales materials and social channels
• Design and produce marketing assets yourself: pitch decks, one-pagers, social content, ads, event materials and product visuals
• Plan and run go-to-market for January 2027 UAE launch and subsequent rollouts in India, USA and Europe
• Manage content and update cycle of cognitivasystems.com with the tech team
• Build and grow presence on LinkedIn and creator-industry channels targeting global brands, agencies and creators
• Run performance marketing on a lean budget, track results and report what works
• Coordinate with external partners and freelancers, keeping quality and brand in-house
