Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or related discipline.
• Ten years of progressive marketing/business development/sales in a professional services firm.
• Experience in an A&E firm is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with vision, goals, and growth targets, integrated with strategic business plans.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including functional managers, providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Elevate the brand across channels with consistent, impactful messaging that reaches target audiences.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional groups to align marketing with business objectives.
• Define, measure, and analyze marketing metrics to drive data‑driven decisions and improve performance.
• Oversee proposal development, collateral, and marketing materials, including graphics and presentations.
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and professional organization engagements to generate leads.
