Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality or luxury brands.
• Strong writing skills for captions and promotional copy.
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Ability to read performance data and adjust strategies.
• Self-directed and proactive with multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns from concept to completion with timelines and measurable results.
• Ensure cohesive brand presentation across platforms and collateral.
• Collaborate with external agency on content calendars and campaigns.
• Develop email marketing and initiatives to grow reservations and traffic.
• Keep website content fresh and optimized for wedding and dining search visibility.
• Coordinate styled shoots and vendor collaborations to drive inquiries.
