Job summary

Mi-Case is seeking a marketing leader to inherit an already moving brand and drive its next phase of growth. You will own marketing strategy, comms, and live events, working with a designer and marketing manager to set direction and deliver impact across products including Mi-OMS, Mi-JMS, Mi-Licensing, and Mi-Trust.

You will lead demand generation, executive communications, and cross-functional partnerships with sales, technology partners, and leadership to accelerate growth and brand influence.

Qualifications

• Leadership over marketing strategy across multiple products.
• Ability to set annual and quarterly plans and manage budgets.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing and communications strategy across all Mi-Case products and growth initiatives.
• Lead the annual event portfolio and create a cohesive creative platform for major events.
• Direct brand voice, content strategy, and executive communications.
• Lead a two-person senior team and partner with sales on pipeline and enablement materials.
