Church & Dwight is seeking an Associate Brand Manager / Sr Associate Brand Manager for Batiste to join our team. You will help lead projects for a Strategic Business Unit and support attainment of annual organic growth targets.

Based in Ewing, NJ, this hybrid role requires in-person attendance Tue–Thu with remote work Mon & Fri. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in marketing, a BA/BS, and strong analytical and forecasting skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 2+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics).
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with category analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with Nielsen or IRI data.
• Strong project management skills and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing the brand’s integrated marketing plan and ensure consistency with brand strategy.
• Support briefing with external agencies and execute brand activities (media plan, promos, sampling, PR, events).
• Lead day-to-day brand operations including volume forecasting and financial plans.
• Develop understanding of the market including categories, channels and competition.
• Lead inventory changes, displays, promotions, and interactions with Consumer Services.
