Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of brand or product management experience with a CPG company.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data.
• Experience working with IRI/Circana or Nielsen.

Responsibilities

• Understand syndicated data reporting systems (Circana) for strategic analysis of heritage brands.
• Catalog consumer information to feed Marketing & Sales planning.
• Manage consumer research studies and analyze results for business cases.
• Analyze market and competitive trends and support retailer loyalty data insights.
• Portfolio management including SKU rationalization, mix strategies and profit optimization.
• Evaluate product portfolio and recommend launches and improvements to drive growth.
• Develop strategies to maximize profitability of assigned products/categories.
• Present findings in leadership and Sales team meetings.
