Job summary

Dare Foods is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to shape strategies for US brands, working with marketers and agency partners to drive the business through brand-building and consumer-centric innovation.

You will assist in short- and long-term brand planning, leading elements of the marketing mix and portfolio projects, and coordinating with the Category Marketing Manager to set plans and programs. A curious, proactive marketer will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, brand management, or related experience (incl. internship/co-op).
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Recommending brand strategy grounded in consumer insights and objectives.
• Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs.
• Managing annual brand plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives with analysis.
