Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, business analytics, brand management, category management, sales strategy, business intelligence, or related functions.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver business performance reporting and actionable insights for assigned Neutrogena categories.
• Analyze POS, share, retailer, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Develop scalable reporting tools and dashboards that improve decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally to support planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive action.
• Lead executive-ready business reviews and performance narratives to leadership, influencing strategic priorities and action plans.
