Kenvue in Summit, NJ (hybrid) is seeking an Associate Manager, Health of Business Analytics (HOBA) Brand Growth for Neutrogena. You will partner with Neutrogena Marketing, Customer Strategy, Finance, and Commercial teams to transform data into actionable insights and support POS growth and strategic planning.

This role owns end-to-end analytics for designated Neutrogena businesses, delivering weekly performance storytelling, competitive intelligence, and scalable reporting tools that inform

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, business analytics, brand management, or related functions.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver business performance reporting and actionable insights for assigned Neutrogena categories.
• Analyze POS, share, retailer, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Develop scalable reporting tools and dashboards that improve decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally to support planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive action.
• Lead executive-ready business reviews and performance narratives to leadership, influencing priorities.
