Collaborate with the founder, maintain brand guidelines, and develop visuals for seasonal campaigns and weekly drops while growing skills in illustration and art direction.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and branding.
• A strong portfolio showing branding, graphic design and photo work.
• Expert skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Figma.
• Solid photo editing and retouching skills.
• Experience directing or styling photo shoots.
• A sharp eye for colour, type and layout, and attention to small details.
• Organized and reliable when working on your own.
• Illustration skills: drawing artwork, icons, patterns or characters, either digitally or by hand.
• Bonus: e-commerce or DTC brand experience.

• Design visuals for our big seasonal moments (Valentine's, summer, fall and Christmas) and our weekly drops.
• Turn rough ideas into polished designs quickly, and give honest opinions on what works.

About Pixyls

Pixyls makes premium sticker-by-number kits, scene canvases, bookmarks, desk friends and puzzle books. Every design comes from an independent human artist, never AI. Our customers recreate that art one sticker at a time and end up with a piece they're proud to hang on the wall. We're based in Toronto, we sell across Canada, the US and internationally, and new products come out almost every week.

The role

You'll shape how Pixyls looks everywhere: our products, our packaging, our ads and our website. You'll work directly with the founder to keep the brand bold, colourful and recognizable as we grow into new product lines. The role starts part-time, and we plan to grow it into a full-time position as the brand and the role grow.
