Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Professional experience in graphic design or multimedia design, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders to develop design solutions.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work is encouraged and will be required after phone interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide print and digital design support for university initiatives.
• Develop creative solutions that advance UCCS communication objectives.
• Research, design, and produce high-quality printed and digital materials including flyers, advertisements, invitations, annual reports, event programs.
• Create multimedia content for print and digital paid media across platforms.
• Ensure materials align with brand standards and maintain consistency between digital and print.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Handle production and preflight of print-ready artwork using relevant design tools.
• Attend client meetings to determine needs and refine concepts.
