Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is hiring a Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution for our client's in-house creative team. This remote role, located in EST, emphasizes Workfront strategy, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership to deliver print, digital, and interactive campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within creative, production, or in-house contexts.
• 3+ years of Adobe Workfront administration; certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of print, digital, and interactive creative production workflows.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex creative, print, and interactive projects.
• Serve as the Adobe Workfront SME; drive adoption, templates, and reporting dashboards.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, assets, and cross-channel deliverables.
• Align client expectations with creative output and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate staffing and manage vendor relationships when needed.
