Job summary

Newman Tractor, LLC is seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing assets that strengthen the brand across digital, print, social media, events, apparel, signage, and sales collateral. You will translate campaign direction into compelling visual and written content, manage multiple projects, and ensure brand consistency from concept to delivery.

The role supports promotional initiatives to increase awareness and engagement, collaborating with marketing and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Mid-level creative marketing experience with the ability to move projects from concept and brainstorming through design, production, stakeholder feedback, and final delivery.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating brand consistency, creative versatility, layout skills, and effective content development across digital and traditional channels.
• Proven experience creating graphics, written content, campaign assets, sales collateral, event materials, and branded communications.
• Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, CRM systems, editing software, and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, for presentations, reporting, and business communications.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to maintain brand standards, apply creative direction, accept feedback, and produce accurate, polished work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, social media, sales collateral, print materials, signage, apparel, events, and other branded communications.
• Design and produce high-quality graphics, layouts, visuals, and multimedia assets for digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to turn high-level campaign briefs, business needs, and promotional priorities into polished visual and written content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, customer-facing communications, internal assets, and promotional items.
• Manage multiple creative projects at one time, balancing quality, deadlines, stakeholder feedback, and production requirements.
• Support branded events, promotional activities, product campaigns, recruiting or employer-branding needs, and other cross-functional marketing requests as assigned.
• Monitor marketing, design, social media, and industry trends to bring fresh, practical ideas into creative work while keeping materials relevant to Newman Tractor's customers and markets.
