We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content, events, and sales enablement activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple marketing deliverables in a small, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launch initiatives.
• Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing content, including digital assets, presentations, and sales materials.
• Support social media, email marketing, website updates, and other digital marketing activities.
• Assist with trade shows, events, and customer engagement programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Track campaign results, maintain marketing reports, and support performance analysis.
• Work with China-based and U.S. colleagues on marketing materials, localization, and project coordination.
• Handle day-to-day marketing tasks and provide practical support across marketing projects.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in campaign execution, content coordination, or digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Preferred:

• Experience in consumer products, mobility, powersports, or related industries.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and marketing analytics.
• Experience supporting events, product launches, or sales enablement activities.
