Job summary

The MB OF NASHVILLE service technician role is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance to dealer and factory standards, with oversight of any apprentice. The position emphasizes brand experience (heavy line and diagnostic work) and safety, and includes factory training and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• ASE or manufacturing training, Brand experience.
• High CSI is a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from dispatcher and take to stall area.
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Road-test vehicles when required and supervise apprentices.
• Attend factory-sponsored training and stay updated on bulletins.
