BMW of Nashville, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform factory-standard repairs and maintenance at our Brentwood, TN location. You will supervise apprentices, stay current with factory bulletins, and ensure quality work with high CSI.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), ASE or equivalent training, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High CSI is a must.
• ASE or manufacturing training completed.
• Strong judgment and safety awareness are required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and perform work efficiently per standards.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and perform repairs as listed.
• Coordinate with parts to obtain needed items and tag for warranty.
• Inspect for additional safety work and notify service advisor of discrepancies.
• Document work and road-test vehicles when required.
• Supervise apprentices and attend factory training sessions.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization; manage tools.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies; comply with background checks.
