Job summary

MB OF NASHVILLE is seeking a Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards. You will oversee apprentices and ensure quality work while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have brand experience, diagnostic skills, and ASE or manufacturer training. Compensation ranges from $45 to $49 per hour, with tenure-based bonus opportunities and a path for career advancement within the dealership network.

Qualifications

• Brand experience and diagnostic skills required.
• High CSI is a must.
• ASE or manufacturer training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and bill of work; perform repairs per dealer/factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and conduct repairs.
• Coordinate with parts and service staff to ensure timely, quality service.
• Supervise apprentices and document work performed.
• Attend factory training and stay updated with bulletins.
