Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking Brand Ambassadors to provide personalized customer service and inspiring shopping experiences in a Ralph Lauren store. You will support sales goals, uphold store standards, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment.

You will help customers with product selection, styling, and sizing, and assist with stockroom and floor maintenance while representing the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with product, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Support individual and store sales goals, customer engagement, and brand programs.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share product feedback, and participate in company training.
