Job summary

Reformation, at Stanford Shopping Center, seeks an Operations Associate to help drive sales and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will engage clients, share sustainability stories, and act as a brand ambassador while upholding brand standards and inventory controls.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and participate in loss prevention and customer-first initiatives to foster loyalty and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven approach to take on new challenges with self-motivation for your work and career.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement.
• Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.

• Act as brand ambassador, embody brand values and educate on sustainability.
• Maintain high customer experience feedback and NPS scores.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and store controls.

• Share product knowledge with enthusiasm and gather feedback to improve merchandising.
• Ensure store environment is inspiring and products are accessible.
