General Purpose:
The Brand Experience Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of Benelli USA’s trade shows, consumer events, dealer activations, and branded environments. This role creates a proactive and strategically aligned event system that ensures Benelli, Franchi, Stoeger, and associated brands are represented consistently and professionally. Through strong planning, vendor management, budget oversight, and cross-functional communication, every event is designed to strengthen brand visibility, product storytelling, consumer acquisition, dealer engagement, and business growth.
The role also oversees the physical brand experience across dealer and retail touchpoints, including POP materials, signage, fixtures, displays, sales-support materials, and long-term asset planning. Working closely with Sales, Product, Digital, and Creative teams, the Brand Experience Manager translates commercial priorities and brand strategy into timely, effective execution. This individual will also develop and manage a reliable network of brand advocates, ambassadors, product users, and field-support partners who can supplement internal teams at trade shows, retail events, dealer activations, and other consumer-facing experiences.
You’ll get to:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Benelli USA’s major trade shows, consumer events, dealer events, and branded activations
- Build and manage an annual event and brand experience calendar that provides planning visibility, internal alignment, and execution timing
- Develop strategic event plans that connect brand objectives, product priorities, dealer engagement, consumer acquisition, and measurable business outcomes
- Serve as the primary Marketing owner for trade show logistics, show services, booth planning, event materials, deadlines, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
- Coordinate retail and dealer-facing brand experience initiatives, including POP materials, signage systems, fixtures, displays, and branded sales-support materials
- Partner with Sales to understand dealer needs, commercial priorities, account opportunities, and field feedback, then translate those needs into organized Marketing execution
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Digital, Sales, and external partners to ensure physical marketing initiatives support launch plans, campaign direction, and brand standards
- Manage vendor relationships, production timelines, estimates, deliverables, and quality control across events, displays, signage, fixtures, and branded environments
- Improve the organization, tracking, storage, reuse, and long-term planning of physical marketing assets across Benelli USA brands
- Support budget planning, forecasting, invoice tracking, reconciliation, and cost control for trade shows, events, retail displays, and physical marketing projects
- Create repeatable planning processes, timelines, templates, and checklists that reduce last-minute requests and improve accountability across physical marketing initiatives
- Ensure Benelli USA brands are presented consistently, professionally, and in accordance with style guidelines across shows, dealer environments, retail settings, and consumer-facing touchpoints
- Bring a modernization mindset to event and retail execution by improving planning cadence, communication, asset management, vendor efficiency, and post-event follow-through
- Help identify, organize, and activate a community of brand advocates, ambassadors, product users, and field-support partners who can strengthen consumer interaction and provide supplemental support for retail events, trade shows, dealer activations, and branded experiences
Performance Measurements:
- Successful execution of trade shows, consumer events, dealer events, and branded activations that support brand visibility, product storytelling, consumer engagement, and dealer engagement
- Development and management of an annual brand experience calendar that aligns events, product launches, dealer needs, retail initiatives, and cross-functional priorities
- Effective support of dealer and retail marketing initiatives through coordinated POP materials, signage systems, fixtures, displays, and branded sales-support assets
- Growth in consumer engagement and qualified consumer data acquisition through event activations, sweepstakes, QR-driven experiences, product interactions, and other direct marketing capture opportunities
- Responsible management of vendors, budgets, production timelines, physical assets, and project details to ensure consistent brand presentation and scalable execution across Benelli, Franchi, and Stoeger

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, trade show management, experiential marketing, retail marketing, brand activation, or a related marketing role
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving timelines, vendors, budgets, production details, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting physical brand environments, such as trade show booths, retail displays, POP materials, signage, fixtures, dealer events, or consumer activations
- Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) certification is preferred
- Familiarity with firearms, hunting, shooting sports, outdoor products, or dealer-driven industries is preferred
