Carter’s is seeking a Full Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll guide parents and grandparents through our baby essentials and school prep products while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment.

As a leader, you’ll train and develop the team, manage daily operations, and drive omni-channel strategies. A passion for brand education and customer-centric service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills demanded.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to assist families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product guidance.
• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive work environment for staff and customers.
• Drive sales and execute business plans with planning and follow-through.
• Model omni-channel service standards and mentor others to succeed.
