Carter’s Inc. in California is seeking a Full Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, explain product styles and benefits, and help prep families for everyday moments from preemie to size 14.

You will lead a team with a positive, inclusive culture, coach others to success, and drive omni-channel service. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills, with a 30% discount and other benefits included.
