Free People Burlington is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering an engaging customer experience while driving sales and brand messaging. The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and adaptable scheduling to meet weekend and holiday needs, with responsibilities spanning brand execution, operations, and customer service across FP Movement events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer experience with focus on sales.
• Manage daily zone, drive sales, and maintain positive energy.
• Teach product knowledge and brand messaging to the Stylist team.
• Support shipment processing, restocking, and product placement to uphold standards.
• Ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and policy adherence.
