Job summary

Gensler’s Brand Design studio is a collaborative team delivering brand storytelling across channels. This role blends hands-on design with project leadership, shaping client relationships and guiding projects from concept to completion.

You will lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver signage, wayfinding, and digitally integrated experiences across aviation, education, hospitality, retail, and workplace sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in brand strategy, print design, and environmental graphics with a professional degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Exceptional design sense with ability to develop upfront concepts and finalize documentation for 3D/EGD, print, or digital applications.
• Excellent communication skills and experience as the main client contact, including vendors and project teams.
• Ability to lead complex projects with financial stewardship and strict schedules.
• Collaborative mindset to promote interdisciplinary design across Gensler.
• Mentorship experience for junior designers.
• Portfolio and resume in PDF format must be submitted.
