Thrive Causemetics is seeking a Senior Product Developer for color cosmetics at our Playa Vista, CA headquarters. You will lead color-focused product development, working closely with product marketing to align on launches, shade descriptors, and claims.

This role requires coordinating with vendors, CM, packaging teams, and internal operations to ensure briefs contain codes, EAN, PAO, and artwork routing details.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience doing Product Development for a color-focused brand.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across internal teams.
• Team player with entrepreneurial mindset and meticulous organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product marketing on launches, shade descriptors, and claims.
• Review formula/shade submissions and provide detailed feedback.
• Source packaging and pair formulas with optimal packaging to boost performance.
