Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing showroom or client events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage logistics from invites to setup and teardown.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in interior design or contract furniture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute showroom events, from intimate client gatherings to large-scale activations.
• Manage event logistics, including invites, RSVPs, hospitality, tech needs, and setup/teardown.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to align branding and storytelling.
• Build relationships with partners using the showroom space and support onboarding.
• Support marketing and content capture for events and showroom branding.
