Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail environments, visiting stores to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, with total store count varying by market. This flexible role offers immediate start dates upon certification and serves as a supplemental

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Access to a personal device with internet connectivity (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecom retail is a plus.
• Brand Rep Certification prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured in-store audits and merchandising visits.
• Evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Resolve display issues with store staff on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit data/photos.
• Maintain strong brand visibility across assigned locations.
