Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will liaise between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to audit, ensure quality, and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month. This flexible, supplemental income opportunity starts immediately after certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications retail a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Audit visits start the process; follow-ups resolve issues and move toward visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
