Job summary

Launch 513 is seeking a motivated team member to assist customers by providing product information, educating on services, and increasing brand exposure at various venues such as malls and pop-up events. You will interact with diverse clients across Forbes Fortune 1–60 firms and large nonprofit organizations, while growing skills in customer care and product knowledge.

The role involves face-to-face events, daily training, and mentorship from leadership, with opportunities for rapid advancement

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
• Speak English fluently.
• 18 years of age or older.
• No felonies within the last 7 years.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA (CPT/OPT acceptable).
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Help with subscribing customers for long-term services.
• Upgrade existing customers/subscribers.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
